The 8009 is a manual recliner sofa set built from three piece numbers: a 198 cm three-seater, a 150 cm loveseat and an 86 cm single recliner. Seat widths are 168 cm, 112 cm and 56 cm, and every seat section opens on a lever set into the outer arm rather than on a motor. Because the three pieces share one 94 cm depth and one 99 cm overall height, they sit as a single run of seating in a living room or a home theatre instead of three products that happen to use the same cover.

What The Three Piece Numbers Cover

1. One model number, four container mixes

The set is quoted as 8009-3RR, 8009-2RR and 8009-1R, so a buyer can ship 3+2+1 at 33 sets per 40HQ, 3+2 at 39 sets, 3+1+1 at 38 sets or 3+1 at 49 sets without opening a new model number. Single piece loadings are 72 pieces for the three-seater, 96 for the loveseat and 168 for the single recliner. A full-room programme and a top-up order both come off the same model number and the same carton list.

2. Manual recline, one lever per seat section

Each piece reclines on a hand lever built into the outside arm. There is no motor, no hand control, no wiring and no power supply to specify, which keeps servicing to the mechanism itself and lets the same set ship to markets where the seating position is fixed by the room layout. On the three-seater the end seats open independently while the middle seat stays upright, as photographed.

3. One depth and one height across all three pieces

All three pieces are 94 cm deep with a 99 cm overall height, a 53 cm seat depth, a 50 cm seat height and a 62 cm back height. Line them up and the arms, seat line and back height read as one set. Pull the single recliner out and it still matches the three-seater beside it.

Materials And Build

The frame is pine with plywood panels, the seat cushions are pocket spring with foam, the backs are fibre-filled and each piece packs in its own carton. Across production the factory works with D28, D30 and D35 foam grades, all virgin foam without filler. The set is rated for users of 120 to 150 kg.

Ordering, Lead Time And Warranty

MOQ is one 40HQ container, one model in two colours, which is also the recommended order quantity. Sampling takes 15 to 25 days after details are confirmed. Bulk production runs 30 to 45 days, or as fast as 25 days on an expedited schedule, subject to order volume and season. Warranty is two years on the complete unit, five years on the wooden frame and lifetime on the metal frame.
