The 8017 is a manual recliner sofa set made of three separate pieces: a 187 cm three-seater, a 138 cm loveseat and a 79 cm single recliner. All three share the same 94 cm depth and 102 cm back height, so they line up as one continuous wall of seating, and each piece reclines on a hand lever built into the outside arm. Buyers can order the full 3+2+1 set or take any combination of the three pieces under the same model number.

What You Get

1. Three piece numbers that combine freely

The set is built from 8017-3RR (three-seater), 8017-2RR (loveseat) and 8017-1R (single recliner). Because they are quoted as three separate piece numbers rather than one fixed suite, a buyer can ship 3+2+1, 3+2, 3+1+1 or 3+1 without opening a new model. Container loadings are quoted for each mix, so the same model covers a full-room programme and a small top-up order.

2. Manual recline on every seat position

Each piece reclines on a manual side lever rather than a motor, which keeps the set free of wiring, hand controls and power supply requirements. The recline is independent per seat section: on the three-seater the end seats open while the middle stays upright, as photographed.

3. One depth and one back height across all three pieces

All three pieces are 94 cm deep with a 102 cm overall height, a 52 cm seat depth and a 48 cm seat height. Seat widths are 148 cm, 99 cm and 49 cm, so the three pieces read as one set when placed side by side instead of three products that happen to share a cover.

Specifications

Mixed container loadings quoted for the set: 3+2+1 at 35 sets, 3+2 at 43 sets, 3+1+1 at 39 sets and 3+1 at 52 sets per 40HQ. Seat depth is 52 cm, seat height 48 cm and back height 68 cm on all three pieces.

Materials and Build

The frame is wood with plywood panels and the packing is a carton per piece. The seat cushions are foam and the backs are fibre-filled; the single recliner is shown on a round base. Across production the factory works with D28, D30 and D35 foam grades, all virgin foam without filler. The set is rated for users of 120 to 150 kg.

Ordering, Lead Time and Warranty

MOQ is one 40HQ container, one model in two colours, which is also the recommended order quantity. Sampling takes 15 to 25 days after details are confirmed. Bulk production runs 30 to 45 days, or as fast as 25 days on an expedited schedule, subject to order volume and season. Warranty is two years on the complete unit, five years on the wooden frame and lifetime on the metal frame.
