The 8307 is a manual recliner sofa set that ships in two layouts from the same parts list — a straight 1+2+3 arrangement, or a corner sectional built around a wedge. Backs and arm inserts are removable, so the cartons stay flat and a 40HQ container takes 29 straight sets or 26 sectionals.

What You Get

1. Straight or corner, same model

Order it as a straight set — 3RR three-seater, 2RR two-seater and 1R single-seater — or as a sectional: 2RC-L left-facing loveseat with a centre console, 2R-R right-facing two-seater and a 1W wedge. Smaller S-series versions of the sectional pieces are also available where floor space is tight.

2. Knock-down structure that ships flat

Backs and arm panels are separate inserts, so the three-seater packs into a 217 x 76 x 65 cm carton at 70 kg net. That is what makes 29 sets of 3+2+1 fit in one 40HQ container, and 26 sectional sets.

3. Console with cup holders

The loveseat carries a centre console with cup holders, and storage arms are available across the set. The model has been produced in Leather Air with UK flame-retardant (UKFR) compliance as well as in grey tech cloth (MFO-01) and black (MFO-02), so an overseas buyer can change the cover without changing the model.

Frame is solid wood and plywood, the seat unit is pocket spring with foam, and the reclining action is manual — no motors, no hand control, no wiring. Standard load capacity is 120–150 kg per seat. Covers run from Leather Air with UKFR compliance to tech cloth in grey (MFO-01) and black (MFO-02); the full colour card is confirmed per order.

Ordering, Warranty and Compliance

MOQ is one 40HQ container, one model in two colours. Sampling takes 15–25 days after details are confirmed; bulk production runs 30–45 days, or 25 days expedited. Warranty is two years on the complete unit, five years on the wooden frame and lifetime on the metal mechanism. Covers can be supplied to UK flame-retardant requirements, and the factory works to REACH, RoHS and CE documentation for the relevant market, with FSC-certified wood for frame parts.
