1. Electrical Safety & Power Management

The integrated power supply systems are fully certified with SAA/RCM (Certificate No: EESS-220239-0), ensuring they meet the rigorous safety requirements for the Australian and New Zealand markets.

• Standards: AS/NZS 61558.2.16.

• Features: Class II protection, IP20 rated, with a stable output of DC 29V, designed for high-efficiency power delivery and user safety.

2. Environmental & Material Safety (RoHS)

The Linear Actuator components (Series HDM-M3 to HDM-M13) are in full compliance with the EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and its amendment (EU) 2015/863.

• Eco-Friendly: All hardware and electronic components have been tested by EMTEK to ensure they are free from hazardous substances such as Lead (Pb), Mercury (Hg), and Phthalates.

3. Advanced Flame Retardancy (UKFR)

Our Combustion-Modified Ether Polyurethane Foam is tested by SGS to meet the world’s most stringent fire safety standards.

• Regulations: Complies with the UK Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988 (Schedule 1 Part I).

• Fire Rating: Successfully passed the BS 5852 Part 2:1982 (Crib 5) ignitability test, providing a superior fire barrier for upholstered furniture applications.
